We want you to love your NVGTN gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel in its original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached and items are free of any makeup, deodorant, or scent marks.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original mailer and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
